Robert Havemann Cleaning stands behind the quality of our services. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, you may request a refund within 14 days of service completion.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Contact us within 14 days of service completion
• Provide specific details about areas of dissatisfaction
• Allow us the opportunity to rectify the issue before requesting a refund
• Have made payment in full for the original service

Refund Process

Upon receiving a valid refund request:

• We will first attempt to remedy any issues at no additional cost
• If issues cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, a full refund will be processed
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• For cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or check

Exclusions

Refunds may not be available for:

• Services completed more than 14 days ago
• Damages not caused by our cleaning service
